No power, truck shakes like crazy

Took a video real quick. can take another if this one dosent help at all.

Truck throw black smoke when i rev it. Has no power when trying to drive. takes turbo alot longer to spool and its a very rough feeling rev up. Only mods to the truck are the air raid intake and 4" magnaflow exaust. has 110k miles on her. No puddles under the truck and cant see anything thats leaking

My truck sounded exactly the same way and had no power. It turned out I had 1 bad injector. Take the two fuel lines off the bowl that go to each head and put a balloon over each, sealing them with a wire tie. Take the fuel pump relay out so it doesn't pump fuel. Have someone crank the engine while you watch the balloons. If the balloons inflate at all you are getting compression back thru an injector which is pushung air thru the rest of them. See which balloon inflates and follow it to that bank. Now remove all glow plugs but one on that bank and crank the engine, moving the one glow plug down the line of cylinders until you find the one which is pushing air back to the fuel bowl. That's your bad injector.

sounds like it is running off half the cylinders i dont know a thing about 6.0s sorry bud heres a bump

Thats a pretty sweet trick, my dealer was pulling their hair out trying to do that but my vegistroke system uses check valve bolts on the cylinder heads, so they cant check each bank.
