Cold Start, 50-60Deg

I have an 04 6.0 and in the mornings or anytime it sits for 6+ hours it is hard to start. It will hit on a couple of cyl and die. It will do this about 8 times. Then it will start and die about the same way. Once it does start it runs slow, and then gradually builds up to normal idle. It started doing this after I changed the oil. Used 10-30, then switched to 15/40 no change. It has been about 50 degree plus in the morn. and about 75 when I leave work. No codes. Changed the fuel filters and put in fuel additive. It cranks at about 350 Rpm My ICP pressure is 1800 at start, The ficm is 12V. Once it starts it runs good, as long as I start it every 4 hours it is fine.
