03 lossing power please help

I have a 03 f-350 it runs great down the road but when it gets under a load like climbing a hill it is lossing power like the turbo is chugging and blowing black smoke. I have read threads on here about this but cant find one with a fix to the problem can anyone help me. Thanks

when you say chugging, do you mean like coughing back out the intake?

yes, there is a thread on here with a video that is doing exactly what mine is doing but no one ever says how thy fixed the problem
