early 04 6.0 hates 5ft wheel trailer

I have a early 04 with the 03 motor it has been nothing but trouble since I started towing a 9000lb fifth wheel
bought the truck new in feb 04 got the fifth wheel in nov 04
May 05-Dec05 went thru 5 exhaust back pressure sensors
(ford got tried of replacing them so they did a recall to bypass them)
Jan 06 replaced the egr
April 06 replaced the turbo
The truck is bone stock it runs good empty it will pull a 5000lb car hauler with no trouble at all It just wont pull the fifth wheel
for the last 2 years the truck get used 3 times a week back and forth (30 mile round trip) and a couple a camping trips

last Oct (2008) I went camping and thought we smelt antifreeze took the truck to the dealer and they could not find any thing wrong

now on the last outing pulling the fifth wheel the truck seems to have no power smells like burning anti-freeze and the fan is cycling more than it ever has the truck has 69,8xx miles on it and last monday when it called the dealer
was told I am 58 days past warranty It sounds like the egr cooler went out
and possible head gaskets and since the 5yr 100,000 mile warranty has expired Ford wont do any thing for you
