2003 6.0 liter problems

Ok heres the scoop. I have an 03 Excursion with 84k.
First the other morning i went to start it and it just keep cranking over. So i stop and tried again and it finally started. I figured becuase it was cold that was it. Then i went to the gas station and it did it to me again and the truck was already warm. Any Ideas?
Second and this hasnt happend in a while but i was crusing at about 55mph when all of a sudden the tack and speedo jumped all the way and i lost power and throttle but the truck did not die then it came back.
Some one please help.
