P0004 Code Fix?

I am constantly throwing a P0004 Code on my truck with any tune I have been running on it. Its a "Fuel Volume Regulator Control Circuit High" What actually is this? Is it a fuel pressure switch in the head, and when I romp on it I drop fuel pressure momentarily?

It doesnt matter if I run on stock fuel pump with diesel or I am running on Veggie in my Veggiestroke which has a FASS pump, I still get this code.

Yeah I am not sure what the deal is with it? The past week, I have been clearing it as soon as it comes up and its been out the longest as of right now, and I have been getting on it pretty good too.

I am just wondering what the P0004 code monitors? Is it a fuel pressure switch that I can put a small capacitor between 2 wires to stop a momentary voltage drop?

Dave just run it to our guy and have him run it with his computer at the dealer . Only code I keep getting after the work was done was the computer not detecting the EGR bs but thats was cleared with the sct.

He checked it when it was in and he didnt have much to say about it. I am going to try a new tune here in a few days and will see if it keeps showing up, then I will go from there.

The SES light is random, and there is no engine indications of something not operating correctly.
