early 6.0 03 swap with 04 complete motor

I was just toying with the idea of this. My truck has the early 03 motor with the icp in the rear and the cast iron oil pump cover. If I get an 04 complete motor that has the icp in the front on the valve cover and the aluminum oil pump cover with the pump hump is it possible to use the pcm and all from my 03 and bolt it to the block of the 04 and make it work proper. I know I would have to make the wire longer for the icp but would everthinh else line up and communicate proper.......so far i am being told it will work and can use the 03 wiring and chust change some plugs out if sensors are different and all....tech guys will this work, is it possible and if so what needs to be done.....PLEASE

I was told that the 03 - 04 swap can be done and all I need is an 04 harness. ecm and all will bolt up and the 04 harness will work with the 03 ecm...
