More problems with my 6.0

So today I leave the office to run an errand. I get what I need, get back to the truck, and start her up. I put it in reverse, mashed on the go pedal, and it STALLS!!! Did this a few times, and finally got to where I could drive forward. Still was not running real well, but I decided to try and see where it would take me. I made it about 2 miles, and I had to limp into a parking lot, as my truck was stalling out. Then, I could not get it started. If it did start, it was running ROUGH! I called a tow truck, went in to the restaurant whose parking lot I was in to eat while waiting on the tow truck. I got done eating, and the tow truck still had not made it to me. I tried to start the truck again, and it started....barely...but it did start. It ran really hard and rough for about a minute, and then all of the sudden it levelled out and purred like a diesel should. It was running smoothly, accelerating smoothly, etc., so I went ahead and drove her home. I just got home, and it did fine all the way back. What the heck is going on?????

Sounds like you may have an IPR valve going bad or leak in your HPO system.

Well, I had the STC fitting and O-rings for my HPO system fixed a few weeks ago, but it was doing something completely different at that time.
