Oil leak

Noticed oil spots on the garage pad. I'm no mech. or tech. so I'll try to explain the best I can. I crawled under and it appears to be coming from a bolt right behind the harmonic damper with a square hole for a 1/2 inch socket head. Now it looks like that bolt plugs a drain and if so are there O-rings on that bolt and what does it drain. of is there something else that I'm not seeing.

You are leaking from your front cover shaft seal. That bolt behind the damper contains a spring that is the LPOP oil pressure regulator.

I guess that depends on how mechanically inclined you consider yourself. To get access to the front cover there is a fair bit of parts removal that has to take place first. I've not personally replaced this seal so I'm not much help beyond that.
