P132B code being thrown

Hi,

I posted this thread in the general forum. Anyone got an idea on why I'd be getting only P132B and P132B*?

I have a boost guage and the boost and other guages all appear to be normal while this code and the check engine icon are being shown....

I went through the service manuals for the 6.0l and could not find a 132B. It goes P119 then P196 for most model years. The closest one is P2132 which would be APPSThrottle position sensor/switch F circuit low input.

There are other trouble codes for b0132 such as low battery and other body related items such as seat belt sensors but I don't believe these are nowill set on the f-series. Also, generic p0132 is an O2 sensor which would not apply.

What other symptoms are you getting?

no other symptoms.

P132B apparently 'got created' when Ford changed the way it computes control. There was an emissions reflash titled 06E17. I just found [url=http://www.ford-trucks.com/tsb/fulltext/show_article.php?tsb=06-24-6]this reference to it.... Looks like the problem might be due to the EGR?

Code went away yesterday after I played with it. I removed the pipe and silicon hose couplings from the turbo inlet to the intercooler and somehow got the fault code to go away......
