Has anyone heard a loud screeching sound under the drivers door when the weather is colder. It has gotten so bad that people have heard my truck over a block away. Some one told me the fuel pump is going bad. Any thought would be appreciated. It is a Ford F250 2003. 6.0 diesel. It only happens when I am moving, not at idle. I thought something was in the brakes, but that is not the case.

I'd put money on that Stump...or worse a pulley....bearing maybe?
If not at idle, thats what I would start checking.
