Fuel pump going?

I have a 04 6.0 PSD and lately it has been feeling EXTREMLY sluggish. Boost gauge stays steady and strong at 25-26psi when on it's stock tune so i don't think it's a turbo related problem. The fuel pump is making an abnormally loud noise while the glow plugs cycle and continue to do so for 30sec after the glow plugs have finished cycling. You can even hear this noise some times at idle while the truck is running....think 1991 Chevy 305 gasser style fuel pump but about 5x louder. The truck is sluggish and power almost seems intermittent at times while accelerating at WOT. Could this be just a fuel filter or do you guys think the fuel pump is on it's way out the door?

i took a video from under the truck to get a sound clip..This is just turning teh ignition on with out starting..

I have had the same issue for three months. My truck is a 05 with the 6.0. I keep getting water in the fuel alarm. I keep draining the water fuel separator. I thought I had a dirty tank so i change the fuel filters 3 times with no luck. It keep running sluggish. Finally last week I had a really hard time starting after I went out for lunch. I put it in the Ford shop few days ago. They said the fuel pump is going out and not puttin enough pressure. Know Im hoping my injectors are not damaged.
