????????????????????

First I am not shure I understand your post.
Neither code you reference is a valid 03 code. The letter codes did not come out until after 05.

Since it seems to be a possible turbo performance issue and it is a 03 it is probably way overdue for a cleaning. Pull clean and retest.

The truck was re flashed at the dealer 5 months ago a month later this code appears and turbo farting starts. ... I will clean the turbo ,,, but that does not explain why it runs fine after you unplug the battery's .... I was 100 miles from home pulling a boat a big bertram 5000 lbs ... I came to a red light ... When I took off the the turbo starting farting bad ... I pulled over. ... Removed the battery cables 10 minutes ... Put them back on and headed home ,,,, not a turbo fart all the way home , grant u I was babying it , but I was pulling a load ,,, the next day I drive truck around town come to a red light again ... Bam turbo starts farting and bad performance ,,, my conclusion only can be that the Vgt learn cycle will not finish until the truck idles for a period of time .... And that when I unhook the battery's as long as I don't let it try to complete the cycle that the Vgt solenoid never actuates the turbo veins into full percentage rate ??? If a turbo sticks would it not always stick. ,,, I am starting to think the if I still had the old tune before ford reflashed it. ,, this would if never happened ,,, if this is the case ,, should I try to get a different tune , maybe back to original ... I think this campaign was also to cover Fords *** because they new these 6.0s were problem child's .... Any thoughts ???
