Stuck at a campground and can't get running

I went camping and my truck died.
Pulled the trip just fine. Went out to the store and lost all my ICP pressure like a light went out. My ICP stays right at 45-50 psi. My ICP voltage is at .3
I replaced the IPR with a spare that I had. No change. So with it being so little pressure, I felt sure it was the HPOP. I had just enough tools to replace the HPOP. But not to do an air test. Replaced the HPOP an no change.
Anyone have any suggestions?
Not my best vacation. And I'm against the wall in OC, MD

What Is the brand of HPOP you put in.

What is the IPR reading.

If the ICP is bad you should be able to unplug it and if it is the ICP the truck should start with it unplugged.

what year is your truck.

Do you have a low oil pressure reading

What oil are you using.

When was the last oil change.

What oil filter are you using.

The IPR was at .3
I unplugged the ICP when I first broke down and it didn't change
My truck is a 2005
My oil pressure is at 50 psi
I changed the oil just last weekend using Rotella synthetic and a Motorcraft filter

Did you change the SCT fitting when you installed the HPOP

Well it was a top o-ring. Looks like the retainer clip gave up and the spacer ring split in half. Everything was wrapped around the nipple cup when I pulled the rail off
