Low-power problems

Hello I have a 2003 f-350 6.0L
Truck has or inch straight exhaust
Air intake. And a tuner.
Just recently replaced the fuel pump
And put the Bluespring upgrade in
I was having low-power problems so I figured that may be what it was. Turns out did not help any. Have also replaced turbo about a month ago But still cannot get back enough power to do a burnout have also noticed when I go full throttle I do not get any Blacksmoke. Not that I want to show it off but am more concerned that I don't have enough fuel getting to the engine just need help any ideas
