#7 repeated failure please help

I messed up and sank my 2005 6.0 in a deep water hole truck stalled out and died I finally got it started about An hr later and it poured white smoke out exhaust I took it to the mechanic and had it looked at and they said I had # 7 bad injector so I went ahead and had all 8 replaced I go pick my truck up and it was barely smoking but did still smoke a little they assured me it would clear up so I took off a couple months later it's still smoking so I took it to a different mec. Who did power balance relative compression check and all kinds of stuff long story short he found my #7 injector has failed replaced it said it's running great no smoke I get up there to pick it up and all of a sudden it's white smoking again he scans it its #7 again so now I'm looking at putting my 4th injector in what could possibly be causing the same cylinder to fry injectors like that I'm stumped all cylinders were within 3% on compression check
