Moisture In EGR...?

I decided to clean my EGR Valve today because my truck has been running so so (it skips and lunges occasionally when the truck is in final gear but it goes away quickly) lately and I found what looks like oil mixed in with the carbon in the manifold. I've heard of coolant finding its way into the valve from the cooler being bad but I'd hate to think my bulletproof cooler went bad after 20,000 miles.

On a scale of 1 to Sell It Now, how worried should I be?

Thanks
