engine stalled and I have a 2285 code

OK guys. Need a refresher course on ICP.
Just got back from a camping trip last week. Truck ran great as it has since last year when I tore into her. I went to start it up and it did the long cranking as I watched the ICP pressure slowly build before it started. I thought another internal oil leak.
Last night I was turning into a lot full of new Dodges and it stalls. On the way it did the surge thing once or twice. I pulled a 2285 code (low icp voltage).
I have a 2005. Is my ICP the one behind the turbo? What's the sensor on the right side valve cover (again)?
Thanks,
Casper

Well I cleared the codes. It started but it cranked a lot longer than normal.

Next I pulled the oil breather and cap. Put my adapter in the ICP port and pressure tested. I heard the gurgling down low but no air.

I guess I'm gonna try replacing the ICP and the IPR

Just leave the ICP unplugged and see if your psi numbers come up and starts quick. If it does, then most likely it's just the ICP

I did that last night. It used the default pressure but still would not start.

When you pressure checked it, did you have a way to close the IPR?

Unless you close the IPR, you can't verify where the leak is.

Yeah. I pulled the turbo and jump started the IPR. It showed me that my 11 month old dumby plug was leaking.
The sweeper was chewed up. I guess that would make it fail

It said made in China which I didn't catch when I put it in. I'm gonna try a dealer replacement
