Turbo not boosting

I have 2 F350's 1 is a Dually and the other a 4X4. The turbo on the daully works great. The 4X4 will not build pressure/boost. I took the turbo off the daully and took the turbo off the 4X4 (the one that wasn't boosting) put it on the dually and it worked great on the Daully. No problem with turbo's. I have cleaned the VGT vanes in the turbo, replaced the Turbo Solenoid, the pigtail to the Solenoid and the Exhaust By Pass Sensor. Does anyone have an idea of what it might be or what I should trouble shoot next.

How about your rubber hose coming off the top of the intake? Make sure it's not dry rotted or cracked somewhere.

If it has a bad spot in it, it'll cause boost issues.

Thumbs up Bad Hose

Dude you hit dead on the head. Went to the Zone and the guy's gave me the short 1/4" hose for free and after I put it on and did a test drive. The ole girl sprang back into life. Thanks so very much for your help. MD NSDQ

Blue Spring Upgrade

What's the deal and benefit of the Blue Spring Upgrade. Does it increase power or MPG?

Bumps the fuel pressure up. The injectors on a 6.0 will last longer and work better with more fuel. Low fuel pressure is a sure way to shorten the life of a 6.0 injector. The blue spring is a snap to install, and worth it. It's better safe than sorry, I say when it comes to these trucks!
