P0232 Code

Says fuel pump 2nd circuit high. Search cyber world and found fuel pump driver circuit fall off. Looked at relays under hood (near firewall)and can't tell which one it might be. Guessing thats where it would be

Tested with my meter and grey plug has 12V and black one about 6. Is the black one for the heater or something ? Also grabbed fuel pump with hand and had daughter turn to KOEO and motor didn't hum or anything. looks like my pump went
