Tunes have caused odd issues for many, you are best off putting it back to stock to troubleshoot.
Lots of good info in the sticky to troubleshoot with, but monitor your FICM voltage, ICP pressure and IPR percent.
This will be a good starting point in figuring out what is going on. It is possible it could be more than one thing like a weak FICM and HPO leak.
