Blown Headgaskets AGAIN??

Have noticed coolant level low, added 1gal s week ago. Have monitored deltas never goes over 7 or 8 degrees over the last week. Check fluid level again today coolant was low again. Check oil level had greenish color on rag from dip stick.

Truck was studded with new OEM gaskets 16 months ago. no sign of puking from degas bottle and have new cap. Truck has Egr delete and run sct programmer with stock tune.

Is this signs of blown hg or maybe bad oil cooler? Have warranty for another 500 miles. So repair can be done without no out of pocket cost for me. Any and all help is appreciated Thanks
