The truck when cold makes good oil pressure(700+) and almost starts up, but just won't. Then after cranking and cycling it the oil temp was about 86f and the. Wouldn't build good oil pressure any more.
Have you checked all of your values? ICP, IPR, FICM power supply, FICM logic side (as rare as it is)? What year is your truck? 2005+ needs a new STC fitting, could be stand pipes and dummy plugs...
I had a friend have his computer hooked up to the truck reading every single thig with the motor ficm was in spec of voltage. As soon as the oil got a little warm it would drop to below 300psi in oil pressure and wouldn't even try to start. He said it's a high pressure oil leak which could be a number of things causing it.
Remove the icp sensor, shoot air in it and put your ear up too the fill tube. It you hear air there a leaks. isolate which head by using a long wooden dowel rod and putting it on the valve cover and listen too it.
