04 6.0 Still runs like crap after new injectors

I have not had much good luck lately with my 04 F350 or the dealer that has been working on it. To make a long story short my truck had a miss and low power in the morning sence it had gotten colder in the last month or so. I figured it had a bad injector or two, so I take the truck to the dealer and it has codes p0272, p0278, and p0281 and they verify this with a power balence test, cyl. 4,6,and7. So they replace injectors 4,6,and 7 and tell me that they are going to let it sit overnight and check it in the morning. I call the next day and they give me a run around story and say they were going to replace the fuel pump cause the pressure was out of spec. and spiking? (part # on the pump is 6C37-9G282-AA and a fuel pump harness) So Last night 20 minutes before they close i get a call saying that the truck is done and i can come get it. So this morning i go down there to pick it up and as soon as i start it up it's running rough on like 6 or 7 cylinders and wont move out of it's own way (worse then it's ever been). So I turn around and pull back in the service lane and make the service manager take a ride with me. We went for a 5 mile ride and it never cleared up, even when it got to temp (usually it would be running normally by the 2nd mile and almost up to temp by the 3rd mile). I am out of idea's and i don't feel that the A$$ hat's working on my truck have a clue. I guess i should have stayed working at the Dealer instead of taking this nice state job (i only was at the dealer till the the midddle of 2003 so i did not get to mess with the 6.0 for nearly as long as the 7.3, but now I kinda wish I did.) So needless to say the truck is still there.
