Dealers around Knoxville, TN

Since I'm having to pay the tow, I don't want to do this twice. I'm about 70 miles out of Knoxville and have dealt with 2 dealerships in that area before. (used to live in Knoxville)

Between Dean Stallings in Oak Ridge and Neil Sandler in Alcoa who has the best 6.0 mechanic?

Would I be better off to use Ted Russell? I've tried to buy at Ted Russell before, but they lie worse than fishermen in the sales department. I'd wonder about their service dept too.

I have used Ray Viles in Clinton, Tn. I am pleased with their work however I have had nothing serious for them to work on except for replacing the transmission filter and TFT sensor and the internal wiring harness. Sorry to get back to you so late.

I've used the dealer in Lenoir City, a few miles south of Knoxville for m old '99 7.3 liter. They were great to work with. The manager is Roy and he shot it straight for me.
