6.0 misfire!!!!! i need help!!!!

i have a 2005 6.0l that just got out of the shop last week. i got an egr delete, 70hp injectors, sct tuner, new heads, head studs, and gaskets and it misfires cruising at 50mph and faster. i haven't been able to go back to the shop on account that im doing 12 hr days and they were closed on Saturday. the tuner is a plug and play and i was wondering if that would be able to tell me something? i haven't had anytime to check any of this out. also would it be due to me having a stock lift pump? any answers or opinions would be appreciated!!!!!!

You say it misfires just around 50mph. If you free rev it does it misfire? Did you upgrade the FPR with the blue spring and have fuel pressure tested? Weak fuel pressure would be my first concern. If good then you have a dud injector. Only way to tell usually is with a running cylinder contribution test from a scanner. Best of luck
