What are the FICM volts koeo and while running? Sounds like a FICM module problem again. I would get a bulletproof FICM with the 6 phase since they have 2 extra redundant curcuits to fall back on just incase the primary ones decide to fail. Also the bulletproof FICM is compelety redesigned to help dissipate heat a lot better which is a another big problem with the OEM ones!
