Cold start smoke - how much is normal?

This is my first winter with this truck. Is this amount of smoke normal on a cold start?

I do have a soft code P0671 - Cyl 1 glow plug circuit. If I don't plug in, FICM momentarily drops to 45v on startup, then steady 47.5-48 when warm, so it is questionable. Batteries load tested OK.

Outside is 16F, block heater plugged in for 2-3 hours.

Thanks,
Moose

Looks normal to me. Did you try to smell the white smoke? If it smells sweet there is an issue. Could be ruptured egr cooler or head gaskets. But it looks normal to me with the cold temps you are having.

I did not smell it, but I'll do that. The dealer just put on new heads, gaskets, oil cooler, and egr cooler less than 5000 miles ago, so I think I'm good there.
