oil/fuel hydrolock

I've been fighting with this hydrolocking problem. A while back I had my ipr take a poo on me so while I was waiting for that to come I wanted to swap a couple injectors to see if the injector code followed. Well I got the ipr in and injectors swapped and went to start. Well me being the genius I am. I didn't put the copper washer on. Now it won't stop hydrolocking.

I'm wondering am I doing something wrong, did I crack an injector cup, could I not be torquing them properly.

The only thing I can think of is part of the screen from from the ipr and the oil cooler got into the injectors and is making them stick open.

Please help

When you replaced the copper washer did you suck the oil/fuel out of the holddown bolt hole. You may be hydraulicing and the bolt may be loosening up.

Lord I shall lead them to the water but I will not try to make them drink
