2005 6.0l..2wd...

My Coolant temps are topping out at 194* and my Oil temps are topping out at 200*...

I recently replaced my EGR valve after code showed faulty EGR and EGR circuit...

As my truck warms up I notice the Temps have more than a 15* delta as temps rise to normal operating temps...Is this normal?

Do I have a bad EGR cooler or am I just paraniod?

This truck has left me stranded and it's not a good feeling...lol

I doubt you have a problem at those temps you are barely in normal operateing temps.
Your delts is only 6 degrees.

You could have a biased sensor if the spread gets too out of proportion.
To check in the morning before you start the truck only turn on the key and see what the sensors are showing both should be within a couple of degrees of each other and the ambient air temp in the room where the truck is.
