6.0 making strange noise

Ok so I have a 06 with 64000 miles. I haven't had any issues until today. Drove it truck about 50 miles and cut it off. About 30 seconds after I cut it off it made a strange noise kind of like a brakes squelling but not to loud. Was wondering if anyone could give some insight on what this might be. Turbo related?
Thanks

Does the delete kit get rid of the cooler? if not that could be the leak. My 07 6.0 is the same way it needs head gaskets though and check your cap ford caps only, they have a ball in them that lets vapor out but not fluid. Be aware if this problem isnt fixed and you keep driving it the plug connection will wet and short out. I've had that happen once.
