Oil Cooler replacement

Im planning on replacing my oil cooler, because I think it's clogged. Oil Doesnt run hot in town, but in this recent road trip driving highway the oil ran at about 210, while ECT was around 190, No worries I dont tow alot right now and I have some spare money. I've been looking for part numbers and this is what I came up with:
I used that part number and ordered it for $290 +Shipping from Tously Ford, While Im seeing it for around 400$ else where online, How are they so much less expensive?? Im just double checking that is the Correct number for a 2004 6.0L
Yes I have a coolant filter setup on the Truck so the new Oil Cooler wont clog like this Original one!
