Starter relay???? Help

I have a 07 6.0 motor was shot did a motor swap to a 03 6.0. Turn the key everything cycles through go to start nothing but the dash lights are still on. Would it be the starter relay under the steering column? I had the start test and it passed I also got a new start module due to a bolt breaking off the module.

307 is the relay location. Since you did an engine swap, you have no choice but to go back over your wiring for the installation.

Start simple with direct power to the starter, check the solenoid for power and switching. Just keep moving toward the relay and then the key switch. Of course, it could be weak batteries or a different wire in the 5v references.
