motor noise after head gaskets

I just got my 05 F350 with 55k on it. I have a whopping noise coming from the air intake. I ask the dealer they said I had a cover missing between the grill and radiator. It didnt have the noise before it got worked on. Any ideas????

I Paid $106.00 deductable when they put the head gaskets on the first time. I told them when I picked it up there was something wrong then. They said it passed all the tests. So there fixing it for free this time and give me a loner car.
