Weird Injector issues

I have a 2005 6.0 cc with studs, sct, bulletproofed, coolant filter and running 5w-40 with archoil and fresh fuel filters every other oil change.

Now, as to the problem my truck was starting to act up a little bit on start up so i sent the ficm off to FICMrepair.com and got back one with atlas 40 cause lets face it who doesn't want more power!!! while i was waiting on the FICM i was on my way to work and my truck started bucking and jerking pulling a hill in overdrive slowed down and truck went back to normal. Pulled codes for cylinder contribution on 2,4 and 5 cleared codes and truck ran great for 4 days after. I recieved my Ficm so i Installed it and right away it showed cyl #1 contribution/balance with a bad miss so i R&R cyl 1 injector with a reman from ford put it back together and right away it shows Cyl #5 contribution/balance p0275 with exact same feel / bucking under load in overdrive. Is there something im missing or should i just R&R the whole bank of injectors but i dont understand why if #5 was weak why it wont show me before i replaced #1? Could this be a wire issue. it is a warm & cold issue i can feel the miss all the time at about 2200rpm but under load in overdrive it is the worst. Any help is appreiciated.

When problems move from cylinder to cylinder I have useually found it to be wireing or plug-in issues.
