Fix all kit or parts list

Ive searched and have not come up with one kit/part set in one location and im trying to get that. I have an 06 F350 i JUST got and im going to rip it apart and put head studs, OEM head gaskets, EGR delete. Can i get a complete list of all the parts needed to prevent any problems? Im going to do power upgrades till i hit between 600-700 rwhp but not until i have a strong baseline. What do i need to update? thank you

Rob

P.S. i know this is the motor part but tranny fixes would be nice too if any are needed
