Truck stalls out when high idle kicks in

So yesterday morning went out start my truck to let it warm up, came back out and the truck was off. Did the same thing after work yesrerday to but it runs and drives fine. Its a 05 f250 just did a egr delete and oil cooler with a 3015 sct tuner with looney tune In it also have a ficm power supply that is suppose to be here Friday. could my low volts of ficm cause this with key on bolts are down to 40volts

How cold is it where you are at? Before I replaced my FICM I had a few problems with stalling but it was only a few seconds after start up in cold weather... Below freezing.

Its 20 out right now and it started up and when high idle kicked in it shut off again, I removed the tune and started it again and it was fine no stalling the only code it brings up when tune is in it is p1000

Talk to one of the techs from quick tricks tonight there gonna look into the tune but they ask if my act was updated and I thought it was but it wasn't I bet that was the issue
