coolant issuses

ok im overheating loosing coolant coolant steaming outta the radiator and the heater core hose by the alternator never had coolant issues this bad before i changed the degas bottle out old one was leaking all over the place also i have no heat at all also ive been low on coolant and when it gets hot n i relase some pressure in the degas bottle n take the cap off coolant will rush back in to the tank then drain back down into the block
so whats the problem here?? ive been told blocked heater core thermostat blender doors egr cooler head gaskets kinda neeed help to narrow it down thanks

Have you filled it when it was cold ?
Fill it start it up and see if coolant is flowing around in coolant tank after it warms up. If not could be a water pump issue.
Hard to figure by your write up.

No it's not going through the degas bottle while running but if I leave the degas cap loose no problems at all???

If you leave the cap loose and no problems under low load and heat, you probably have a HG issue. You need to do a pressure test to confirm. Coolant and the hot hoses do expand when warm. Opening the cap will result in the hoses relaxing to normal size, raising the level in the degas bottle. It isn't always easy to see fluid movement through the degas.

Well I added coolant n it seems to be holding now with the cap loose n heat works great again so hoping it's nothing major
