6.0 cuts out under load

where to i pray to the powerstroke gods?
07, stock
66k, stand pipes and plugs replaced
recently, ipr removed, screen replaced, AND stc removed and replaced, this after a stall no start
recently, blue screen upgrade
fuel and oil system served every 5k
it starts up cold in 2 seconds or less
cold start, ICP 1818, IPR 35.11, idle
hot idle, ICP 910 (rarely drops below 880 when hot at idle), IPR 23.41
under chimbing freeway hill, ICP 3892, IPR 60.11, FMP 46.0
not all the time, the injectors total stop and come back, hill climbing usually low rpm 1700.
what most strange is for example when getting on the freeway i will hold it wide open throttle till i hit 70 75 mph, there is NO cutting out, no missling, nothing.
today it was cutting out going up a long freeway hill, i was watching my scanguageII and caught the IPR jump to 72.5, when the injectors came back the IPR dropped to 58
my first psd, help, lol

ICP, dry, replace around 40k, plug replaced recently
who in san diego knows the PSD like ron and bill (youtube)

THANKS
