issue

Just got a cts and plugged it in. Right off the bat I got a ficm alert and looks to be like a injector power/pressure ???? I'm aware the ficm needs replaced as it was 30-35% until about 10 minutes into the drive, but confused on the IPR. It's showing anywhere from 33-41% and acceleration seems pretty sluggish. Is this, injectors giving out or the pressure regulator? Help!

Edit: no smoking and seems to be starting fine. Cranks for about 1-2 seconds then fires up. It's my 1st diesel so not sure what to look for.

If you FICM is showing 33-41 volts then I would suggest you dont run the motor any more than possible until you adress this. Low voltage on the ficm is anything below 45v.
And a weak ficm is hard on injectors.
