Under boost code and blow off sound

Truck threw a under boost code and making like a turbo blow off sound. But boost gauge on dash showing boost. No power.

check cold air side pipe from intercooler to elbow for leaks or a hole in plastic

had an f450 do samething a month or so ago hope thats all it is to. why ford went to plastic on such an expensive vehicle is sad $$$$$
