Lots of work done, now no start

06 6.0

So I tore it down and replaced STC fitting, stand pipes and dummy plugs, turbo oil feed and drain lines, cleaned spool valves on injectors, did and EGR cooler delete, replaced IPR valve.

So when I got it back together it wouldn't start and my Insight was only showing max of 50 psi when cranking. I tore it part way back down and did a air test and was hearing something from the passenger side. I checked the second and third back injectors and they appear to be fine.

I've gotten real frustrated with it and figured I would see if anyone else had any ideas???? Thanks

if you hear something you will probably have a leak. if its an injector you wont see anything. did you crank it for long enough? when doing all that work it usually takes about a minute of cranking to replace the air and build up the pressure needed to fire it up.

Did you fill the HPOP with oil ???
Crank like hell to get air out of system.
