Running warm

My 07 is running warm and never has I've done flush new coolent. New stat Run it thru the scanner to check EOT and ect and all good there. Il list now tho when I drained it I got 6gallons of coolent out so its was down but when I did flush I can only get 5 back in and bottle is staying full and I've bleed air out aswell The other weird thing is the top rad and rah hose is hit and the bottom of rad and rad hose is cold even after the stat change as that's what I was thinking. Any ideas. Oh ya tons of heat in the cab too.
