Let me clarify of where the noise is coming from...

I had a recent post indicating an annoying "rattle", that sounding lie "bearings in a tin can" at certain times at idle in gear or different rpms while driving. After a stethoscope poking and prodding, it appears to be coming from the EGR pipe on the passenger side of the turbo that goes in the connection of the y-pipe. The clamp is tight, but all I hear is that same damn "rattle". My Scanguage readings show normal, or so I think...

172 on ECT
177 on EOT
48.5 on FMP
588 on ICP
(all at idle after an hour on the road)

Then temps did seperate to a max of 10, so I think everything is still in tact so far.

Now if I could solve the freaking "rattle" it would great. It sounds like it is falling apart at a stop light or when accelerating.

Has anyone had an issue like this?
