Ok Ford Techies, how about these Codes? Help!!

One of our Customers Truck:

Our local Ford Australia is stumped on a Clients F-250... But that is not really a surprise... I have a much higher respect for you Ford Techies that see 100 times the Fords than these guys do...

Coughing, spit, smoke, half cylinders run, ignition diesel knock... I said CPS,
Ford Australia says when it is the CPS it always throws the CPS Code...
My understanding is that is not true, it can be the CPS anyway...
Here are the Codes:

P1316 Injector drivers module
P1294 Injector High Side Banks
P0113 Air Intake sensor.

What do you think Ford Techies and Ford Guru Marc?.... Help !!!

If I am not mistaken, it could still be the CPS?
