replace the Turbo?!?

so how many out there have had to replace their turbo's already. i just got mine out of the shop today. they said the boost pressure was too high, asked if i had a chip in it, of course i said no. anyone else have problems with the turbos and running a chip with it?

I'll tell ya what....recently, while pulling my trailer w/car loaded I have begun to notice that my turbo hesitates and causes the engine to "miss". It will do it several times in a row. Does that mean the turbo is going out?
I can hammer the gas pedal and it will stop - it only does it between 60-75 mph and between 1800-2600 rpms and only when I am towing something.

ALSO - the Power Stroke engine is covered for a 100,000 mile warranty, right?
So, is the turbo considered part of the engine and is it covered, too?
