Injector and glow plugs, coincidence?

I have '06, with egr delete. I recently had IPR changed(bad screen). Mechanic said FICM & ICP was fine but I had issues with my glow plugs.

A few days ago i had to buy fuel from an unfamiliar station. Almost immediately, ROUGH IDLE....but no water in fuel light...I change the filters just in case and still rough idle, even some shaking around 45-55 mph under power.

The codes i just pulled were:
P0671 #1 Glow Plug/Circuit Fault
P0673 #3
P0675 #5
P0676 #6
P0677 #7

P0267 #3 injector circuit low

Is it possible that all of those glow plugs are bad? (1,3,5,6,7)

Could the (P0267) #3 injector be related to the issue?

Im not really in a position to just throw $$ at it and hope to fix just by replacing everything. So any help is appreciated. Thanks

Honestly it's all probably a coincidence. It very well could be each individual glowplug setting DTCs or it could be the GPCM. You'll need to do a resistance check on the glow plugs and harness. Good glowplugs only have 1-2 ohms resistance to ground when checked at the glow plug harness.

The injector low code could be the beginning of a failing FICM, short in the ficm harness or the actual fuel injector. Most likely whatever it is is the source of your rough idle. It's not uncommon for injectors or glowplugs to go bad, especially in a 6.0
