turbo rebuild....?

Ive got blue smoke and oily turbo. Had the intake off the other day and found a bunch of side to side play, but not into housing yet, no in and out play. Does anyone know how long id be able to run with turbo like this before it gets into rhe housing? Could this be why I get awful fuel mileage?

Hasent used enough to notice. Smokes like crazy right after warm up then on acceleration...also started to notice the idle shacking a little...any ideas on that?

It's not a hard rebuild and you can buy the seal kit online.

Ford 6 0 L Powerstroke turbocharger Rebuild Kit | eBay

I did mine and it only took about an hour after I pulled all the parts from the hot tank. Just pay attention to how you took it apart and even take a few pictures once you get the compressor wheel and back plate off. The compressor wheel is reverse threads. There was a thread here with all your torques if I find it I will post it here.

2004 F-250, 6.0L Powerstroke, ZF6, studded/deleted, blue spring, AFE CAI, straight piped, SCT Xcal 3 tuner, updated turbo oil line, some gauges, Dynamat behind the dash, fresh clear on the outside, Kenwood stuff in the doors/dash, 2005 grill, 33's, and some other minor things to make it look good
