Whitish blue smoke

Hey everyone ive got an 03 f250 6.0 with 146,000 miles, full exhaust, sct tuner, banjo bolts, fuel spring, swamps 40hp ficm, adrenalin hpop, updated drain tune, stock injectors and head studs an gaskets as far as i know and stock intake...... Over the last month or two ive had whiteish blue smoke out the exhaust very intermittently and has now gotten to the point where it pukes oily smoke at ilde after about 5 min from bone cold. While driving i get no smoke at all until i stop.

The other day i decided enough was enough and i bought the garrett rebuild kit and rebuilt it and alas.... It smoke just as it dis before for the last two days.... There is oil dripping out of two of my exhaust clamps and on the exhaust tip soooo i am ABSOLUTELY sure it is oil without even a question.. I also thought i may have a drain restriction so i bought the updated drain tube and it also did not help. So my question to anyone who can help me before i kill myself is do you think i have a turbo drain restriction inside by the hpop screen or something..... A bad turbo that is obviously beyond rebuilding??... Or could i have screwed up the rebuild?? And btw there is ZERO oil in the up pipes to the turbo..

ANY AND ALL HELP is greatly appreciated thanks everyone!
