Question 6.0 no power blueish smoke

Eh! Finally got my new service box on 2003 truck. After first week dealer put new clutch fan and egr. Then said HPO was to low didn't want to start. Put in new sensor, regulator and pump. Go to pick up the truck leave the yard and cant get over 2500 rpm out of it and its blowing smoke. Drove arond the block and it cleared and and was good. After sitting for more than 20 minutes it will do the same and hten run good. Morning is worst takes about 10 kilometres to straighten out. Put a little performanc formula in. Might have helped some. Should I suspect bad injectors? Dealer said it had no codes an test drove 20 k's, runs rough when cold possible weak injector. Somtimes its really frustrating to drive. Any suggestions?
